Due to the deeply personalised nature of our nutrition services — where time, preparation and expertise are invested from the moment a session is confirmed — our refund and cancellation terms are structured as outlined below. We encourage you to read them carefully before making a payment.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided once a consultation session or nutrition programme has commenced.
  • If a payment has been made in error, a refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction.
  • Requests raised after this window will not be entertained.

24-Hour Window: Mistaken payments must be reported promptly. Write to us at your earliest with your transaction details and reason for the refund request so we can review and act quickly.


Refund Process

Approved refunds follow a straightforward process via Razorpay:

Review & Approval We will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies under our refund policy.

Processing via Razorpay Approved refunds are initiated through Razorpay and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked session, please reach out to us as early as possible. While we understand that circumstances change, last-minute cancellations limit our ability to offer that slot to others.

  • Cancellation requests must be communicated directly via our contact page or email.
  • Sessions cancelled after commencement are not eligible for a refund or credit transfer.
  • We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests made in advance, subject to availability.
